The Signature Voice of the Dream
A multi-award-winning actor, director, and producer whose career is defined by the breaking of barriers and the mastery of complex human truths. From making history as the first Black actor to play Iago at the Royal Shakespeare Company to acclaimed lead roles at the National Theatre and in global cinema, Lucian's career is a testament to the Art of the Possible. In 1994, he co-founded Over the Edge in Zimbabwe — one of the country's first multi-racial professional theatre companies. In 2010, he was appointed Artistic Director of Tiata Fahodzi. His screen credits include *Game of Thrones*, *Gangs of London*, *Conclave*, *His Dark Materials*, and *The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency*.

With over three decades at the intersection of commerce and creativity, Richard is the structural foundation of Ndoto. For 25 years he has led Hogbens Dunphy, an independent accountancy and tax consultancy, while also founding Artists First Management to provide dedicated business support for creative professionals. A lifelong advocate for the arts, Richard sits on the boards of multiple media businesses and charities. He brings financial discipline and strategic clarity to every project, ensuring that artistic vision is matched by commercial viability.

The Logic of the Dream
As Director at Amplify Wealth Management and lead strategist for Ndoto, Samuel serves as the conduit between capital and craft. His expertise lies in applying wealth management discipline to creative production, ensuring every project is positioned for maximum impact and long-term sustainability. Samuel believes that for art to change society, it must first be built on an unbreakable foundation. He oversees the strategic health of all Ndoto projects, from initial investment through to delivery and distribution.
